Squelch Per Personality |

Enables the radio's squelch setting
to be defined on a per Conventional
Personality basis. 
Once this field is enabled, the Squelch
(Fine Tune) may then be defined for each personality. This feature
applies on a radio-wide basis only
while operating in Conventional communications
mode.
When the radio is model / option capable.
